Tips For Preparing Your Home For Sale
decluter
When preparing the interior of your home for sale, “less is more.” If there is too much clutter or unnecessary furniture, it can get in the way. Remove any unnecessary items. Get temporary torage if needed. It pays off.
paint
Fresh coat of paint goes a long way. When repainting rooms use neutral colors. It needs to apeal to as wide of an audience as possible.
clean
Cleaning and eliminating odors is cruical. Hiring a professional cleaning service is reccomended. A clean, fresh-smelling residence helps to assure the buyer that your home is well cared for.
remove
Remove personal items and family photos, distracting memorabilia. Buyers need to envision themselves living in your residence. It is a good idea to keep them to a minimum, if you can’t remove it all.
